Dear valued EiKO Customer,

Solutions.Service.Simplicity. – our company leitmotif is best reflected in our wide product range. Our lighting products are carefully selected, made of high-quality materials and meticulously tested either by EiKO’s internal light lab or by external lighting only institutions. Due to the fact that we work with exclusively business customers, we continue to focus on extra-long life span of our products. We believe in the excellent quality of our EiKO lighting and we are pleased to be able to provide an extended product warranty without any additional cost to our business customers.

EiKO-Europe offers a three-year warranty on all items sold in our online shop. Additionally we offer an extended five-year product warranty on several other product categories.

The warranty period begins with the delivery date. Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage caused by:

•  Environmental impact (humidity, heath, overvoltage, dust etc.)
•  Disregarding the safety procedure for the lamp or the luminaire
•  Disregarding the mounting instructions
•  Employing force (for example strike, shock, fall)
•  Unauthorized repairs
•  Shipment in inadequate packaging

Should our product however reach you in bad shape or defected, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly ask you to contact our customer service for help.
