Shipping costs overview

The minimum order value in the webshop is 50 euros net. Parcels with a net value of 150 euros or more are shipped free of charge within Germany. The current package price is 6.90 euros net (per package) for orders with a net value of 50 to 149.99 euros.

The shipping costs for other countries can be found in the table below.

IMPORTANT: The shipping costs are calculated daily and can still be adjusted. Please refer to your invoice for the actual amount.

PLEASE NOTE that shipping costs (freight + packaging / logistics surcharge / bulky goods / express surcharge / minimum quantity surcharge) may be added to the stated order total. These are only determined when the shipment is put together and then shown on your (pro forma) invoice. For this reason, we recommend that you wait until you receive your (pro forma) invoice before paying for your order. You will then be able to see the actual and final shipping costs on this document.
If you have already paid the order amount before receiving your (pro forma) invoice, we will have to invoice you for any shipping costs incurred subsequently.

* This excludes deliveries to remote areas and islands, as well as express service.
** Any customs duties and import or export fees are to be paid by the recipient. If you transfer from a third country, please make sure that no bank transfer costs are deducted from our account. We have to claim these costs subsequently.
*** Upon request: The shipping costs that are automatically displayed when you place your order in the store are a preliminary estimate. If the actual shipping costs of your order are higher than the estimated amount, we will have to charge you for them afterwards.

For pallet freight and oversized items, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer at daily prices.

The following minimum order quantities apply for goods net value:

Domestic: 50,-- Euro net
European Union: 250,-- Euro net
Rest of the world: 400,-- Euro net

Order values below this will be subject to a minimum quantity surcharge:
European Union: 25,-- Euro
World: 35,-- Euro


For direct delivery to your customer(s) we charge a logistics surcharge of 10€ per shipment. Any customs duties and import or export fees are to be borne by the recipient.

Bulky goods and overlength surcharge

6,- Euro surcharge per parcel for:
   - Length between 120 and 175cm
   - Volume over 150cm³
   - At least two sides are 60cm or longer

35,- Euro surcharge per parcel for:
   - Length >175cm or girth >300cm

55,- Euro surcharge per package for:
   - Weight over 40kg
   - Length over 250cm
   - Girth over 330cm

Express delivery options:

   - Next day delivery until 12:00 noon: 7,- Euro per parcel
   - Next day delivery by 18:00: 3.50 euros per parcel

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods in Germany will be made within 2 - 4 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the date of receipt of payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made special arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.


Payment methods

For orders within Germany we offer the following payment options:
-       Prepayment by bank transfer
You will receive an invoice by e-mail, which contains all important payment information. Please do not transfer any money before receiving this email! After we have received the amount, the order will be shipped.
-       Purchase on invoice
With the delivery of the goods you will receive our invoice, which must be paid within the agreed payment term. This option is only possible for customers that we can insure with our credit insurance for the invoice amount or turnover.
